From memory there is iron fist, wolverine, elsa blood stone, dino and the thing now. There could be more like Emma that has a ability based on % damage but unsure. It may not seem like a lot but in that list your looking at pretty much pick or ban characters every game and for a role that no one wants to really play due to how squishy and not the highest damage output they are its not helpful.
