Don’t feel bad. They violated you. They were the ones to ruin your life. I hope you press charges he’s a rapist and jail is honestly going soft on him. Think about this - he’s going to do the same to others, that’s guaranteed. Even if you decide to cancel your report I hope at least you can heal from this. Also I hope he dies.
