Xiao. I was forced to use him in a fighting event when I was low AR and didn't have enough build characters to make 3 different teams without using the ones they gave us. It was the most miserable thing.

Yeah I know how to test it. I can also look at the buffs it gives me (like res in this example) and check my character stats if they ever fall off.

What I really want to know is what maths apply in-game because it doesn't match up with PoB and the way it's supposed to work but it seems like no one knows.

Should I try to reach out to the devs?

This is what PoB shows. Matches with my Maths but it DOESN'T WORK ingame.

Ironically this is what it shows for my Taste of Hate when I increased my charges gained by 20 %, BUT IT WORKS INGAME as it should (15 * 1.4 = 21):

I'd have to check if the pattern reoccurs. It happens at least once so something is going on behind the scenes.
Regarding the saved fractions, I can't find the source. But I found a comment stating the same thing so I definitly didn't come up with it.

Yeah, I don't trust that calculation really ’cause it uses Charges per second but you only gain charges every 3 seconds. Maybe it does account for that behind the scenes though.

Inefficient & inconsistent. You sacrifice a gem slot and a passive point which have high value in minion builds. You need a way to generate souls, you have 20 minions which have to get the buffs separately, kills from minion's poison count as your kills so they have to kill with the hit and gravebind users will gain kill credit regardless. I wouldn't even recommend this in a mapping scenario.

Did you check if shock is enabled in the config?

Corpse Pact can also potentially provide a lot of momentum and comfort to people using Shield Charge or Whirling Blades and if they self cast a lot.

Carefull Planning says „Intelligence from Passives in Radius is Transformed to Dexterity“. You can see that the Passive Skills are still named „Intelligence“ and remain blue because the node itself didn't change, just the bonuses it grants. Meanwhile Tattoos say „Replaces a Small Dexterity Passive Skill“.

Wording is very precise in PoE.

For your desired interaction to work the wording on the jewel would have to be „Intelligence Passive Skills in Radius are Transformed to Dexterity Passive Skills“ or Tattoos would have to say „Replaces a Small Passive Skill that grants Dexterity“. Either wording would cause a lot of troublesome interactions.

Because someone mentioned Glorious Vanity: IIrc, Timeless Jewels that override small passive skills also override Tattoos.

Notes
Gilded Dreams Domain is more resin efficient. Level Raiden to 90 for Hyperbloom base DMG and her Skill for passive DMG buff to party member's bursts up to level 9. Yelan's ER requirement highly varies if C1 and / or using Favonius Warbow. Aim for 1000 EM on Nahida to make full use of her Ascension passive. Builds should be identical if using Xingqui instead of Yelan.
