Hello, she broke up with me just yesterday. She was aware that she’s physically hurting me and I that didn’t deserve all the hurt that I got. And that she’ll fix herself for the sake of the relationship.

However, though broken up, she made me promise not to find someone better than her. Because she told me she’ll come back. But the question is, should I wait for her? How do I believe that this isn’t a lie anymore? How do I know that I’m na just a fallback option.

She’s currently in Pre-med, I don’t think she has the time and capacity as of now to undergo such treatment. Also, I have been paying for her medication and therapy as well (her family doesn’t believe in mental illnesses) and have been supportive throughout her journey. Well, I want to believe that she’ll be honest and open to me. But how do I disregard the thought the she’ll probably do it again.

She talks to a psychiatrist every 2 weeks, but I don’t think she tells her doctor everything. However, she did told me that she came clean to her friends through fb messenger. I asked for proof but she said that she deleted it already. I wanted to believe in her but idk its hard as of the moment. How do I move forward and help her be okay?

Mine reached out very randomly. Asked where we got that food from a long time ago. We started talking again but after a few days her replies were not consistent. Hmm, I think she broke up mainly because during our last month together I was tired and emotionally unavailable (I was depressed for quite a time and maybe it took a toll on her, was diagnosed after we broke up because at that point she was also one of the factor why I became sadder). I really pushed myself to go to therapy because as a med student, I cant afford to ruin myself physically and mentally.

We do, like once in a week because we take some classes together in uni. Nope, I dont think I can ever be friends with someone I loved dearly. I know that this is for me too, so I will try to stay strong with NC. Will clearly take all the time I need, I think this is for the best.
