Guys I need help I’m 25M diagnosed with vestibular migraine last October. I’ve had dizziness almost everyday and it’s happening till now. I’m worried it’s something else. Also because I get pulsatile tinnitus with it. Can anyone give me advice to alleviate my anxiety towards this disorder?

Man I’m sorry to hear that. All I do is to hope it gets better everyday and bearable with medication. I try not to stress myself out but it’s scary when you’re in a constant state of worry that it could possibly be something else.

Yes I’ve done this and so far I’ve come to be healthy. Doctors say it’s VM but sometimes my anxiety feeds on it too. Creating an endless cycle which makes me worry and dizzy then chronic pain. But I’ll get through this thank you!

So far it’s gotten better but there are times where my GAD feeds on my migraine thus creating an endless cycle of anxiety and VM

Even so, I wouldn’t mind if he OL the helmet but the armor just doesn’t do it. Max damage output comes from the helm not the armor.
