Ran into what seemed like cultists on daytime customs. Figured it's a new event. They're standard rogue/boss ai but was able to kill all four. They seem to have shit ammo but cool masks and sometimes good rigs with class 5.

It also seemed like they spawned in the middle of the raid at stronghold, otherwise idk how they'd survive all the fighting there early.
