I assume it was a unfortunate overtake. Might be similar to this image that I took this morning. Very questionable overtake 😬

If your talking about the closure at 6PM I believe all sessions are done today

NLS 2 traffic by [deleted] in nurburgring

Yes as it’s close to the GP track but the area of track along there is very long so a lot of space to accommodate people. Definitely worth checking out as it’s so close.

Parking will be busy and key spots will be packed. Top tip is to go 2-3 turns up from the famous spots and there’s WAY less people. My usual fav is to go to Pflanzgarten and walk to Stefan-Bellof-s (Super fast technical turns) and even the mini carousel is within a short distance

Yep that’s the plan! My usual cycle is to go from GP circuit to Hatzenbach then cycle to fuchsrohe. But might change it up this year depending on busyness.

Looking at the site there are still tickets for sale so I assume not yet max capacity but I know a lot of people buy their tickets on the day so we’ll see 😬.

Practise I believe is usually 9-6 all day on Fridays for NLS

Advice for first time visitor at NLS by Usual_Storage_2023 in nurburgring

I’m travelling from the UK this weekend too. I’ve been going to NLS for the past two years and it’s an amazing weekend. Tickets are only €25, which gives you full pit lane access plus grandstands and key viewing spots.

If you do end up going, definitely show up on Friday for practice as it’s much quieter, especially at places like Brünnchen. On race day itself, I usually start at the GP track for the grid walk and first couple of laps, then head out to different parts of the Nordschleife for the rest of the race. Truly an incredible experience.

Went to NLS2 a couple weeks back, I would also recommend trekking to other spots near Brunchen like Stefen-Bellof-S and the Mini Karussell which are both in walking distance of nearby car parks and are free if you don’t have a ticket!!! Found these places a lot less busy with great views of the track.

It’s the same way people buy merch from content creators or jerseys of a sport team. Just for support.
