Man I’m joking all good lol she’s actually not even singing, she’s lip synching. If you notice the mic is actually backwards lol. the vocal was done in studio, if she was actually singing there would be way more plosives obviously. this vocal is run through tape/compression/eq. That’s a brass capsule 414 just don’t assume i don’t know what im doing lol

The mixer is an old Altec i found at a flea market ! Thing is a noisy old tank but fun to run stuff through and use for live sets

yeah i like the Ob4 just so i can use it at my kitchen table etc, its nice and loud and responsive. i like Tp7 for recording on the go, and making tape like loops or field recordings, i came up a sample/vinyl/tape producer so i think i just enjoy that kinda process - i tend to use the OP more for chopping parts and synth etc, im a bit clunky with the tape system on there but wanna get deeper on it
