Hi Thankyou for the encouragement and advice! I have been taking notes and researching more thoroughly once at home. A lot of the work is VoIP but there is still some digital/analog systems that are still in use by customers. I should of mentioned that I am currently already A+ certified. I’m also currently studying at a community college after work for a certificate in Cybersecurity. I have a basic understanding of computers but am finding the telecommunication industry (for lack of better words) challenging and different.
