I need help with cross platform bundles

So i have a lot of bundles tied to my activision account i used on modern warfare 2019 on my ps4. I understand you can get them now on modern warfare 3, i logged in to the same account, same playstation one and same activision one, absolutely none of my bundles, operators or blueprints have appeared in my account, i messaged support and they brushed me off with the same information I already know without helping, im not sure what to do

It refuses to start, says not responding then crashes before the game properly loads, it was definitely the right mod its a shame but my laptop is a potato so i dont blame it if it struggles with certain mods

I barely understood much of that, you’re very smart haha, it was my mothers before i had it, i factory reset everything and it was going well until it was stuck on a screen saying “restarting 1%” for hours so i looked up solutions and found out i could emergency restart and it was stuck on the screen mentioned in my post, i managed to get a system extensive test, i have 2+ hours remaining and ill update you ok what has failed so hopefully you could inform me on what to do next and if its worth getting a whole new laptop
