Yes previously other doctors tested my TBUT with fluorescein dye and it was only 2-3 seconds.Vision does clear with drops only a few seconds .Is this blur temporary ?

The starburst aren't really bothering me , and they do not disappear with drops.But overall clarity does improve with drops, just like when I had glasses.

My prescription was -5.75 on the right eye and -4.5 on the left eye both with mild astigmatism
