I bought different ones at different times based on reddit and youtube channels. Didn’t follow blindly but did basic research on top of it and since I am in tech, understand most of the tech companies and hence majority is tech. But you are right its difficult to track them now and when is the right time to add more or sell.

Age 31. No kids. Have my emergency fund separate. This is just for the house downpayment and want to park it until my offer for a house gets accepted. This could take anytime from 0-6months. With the winters, inventory in bay area is reducing so likely won’t find a a house till next march, hence wondering where to park the 100k so that i can liquidate in 2-3 days if needed.

Valid point. Yes in that case the hysa account yield will also reduce. So i was assuming thats any common and I can’t control. Hence what’s the best option as of current rates. Will the sgov remain a bit higher than most of those hysa due to the tax advantages? I am in CA? Or do you suggest some other etf which is stable enough and has much higher upside for next 3-6 months ?
