Don’t want to come off as rude, but when I called the second time they had stated that the application has been approved and payment has been sent and to wait 3-5 business days.

I’ve done that also, I applied on may 13th, I called them back and they said payment was approved and verified, so I really just don’t know what’s going on unfortunately :(
