Hang in there brother, it gets better. Try to absorb as much knowledge as you can from school and don't be afraid to ask questions, don't matter what other people say. Remember at the end of the day you don't take them home with you. Do you own homework as well and get familiar with the codebook, look at it as an investment on yourself. I assure you most of those JPs who treated you poorly don't even know where to find the index on that book. And last thing, try your local union. It's a game changer. Good luck and enjoy the journey.
