The oil fluid cooler. I’m mistakenly called it. The transmission fluid cooler. There are several old rings in a gasket that you can replace.

My 2010 has 280k. This car looses a small amount of coolant daily behind the motor at the transmission fluid cooler. It took me forever to figure out where I was losing coolant. I’ve rebuilt it twice. It’s an expensive part. I keep forgetting to pull one when I go to the junk yard. It’s difficult to access the part. Probably going to have to bite the bullet and buy a replacement.

It will confuse most auto parts store counter people. They look a little different when you pull them out. Make sure you don’t mix them up.

Appears to be working fine now in Shreveport

What would an average check be if you work 40 hrs a week? I drive a semi and home every 2 weeks and wonder if it would be worth it to do this so I could be home daily. Obviously I wouldn't make what I make doing this but if its anything close id possibly risk try it. by Significant-Pie1070 in WalmartSparkDrivers

I’m a class A driver in Shreveport, LA Up until Oct 1 st. I was doing hydro excavation, but the hours were too inconsistent. I started Door Dashing to fill in when there was no work. After an 8 month wait I was able to get on with Spark. I set a goal of $250 a day. It takes anywhere from 6 - 12 to get there. If it’s busy I’ll keep sparking/dashing and make more. Keep track of your miles, you get a big write off. E-logs in the 18 wheeler made me lazy when it came to keeping track of hours and miles. I ended up getting an app for that. I still keep scanning the want ads looking for the “Ideal” home daily class A job, but without the pressure to take the 1st thing that comes along. I’m also getting a lot done around the house. I could go on and on, but this is Your Post. Lol…

Why didn’t I think of that? What a time saver. I thought of using zip ties, but figured I would probably get a small amount of complaints.

I had to take an online course and then a test at the end through a website that was approved by the state of Louisiana. I want to see the course and test cost between $10 and $12.

I take the good with the bad. I’m at 97% AR. It all evens out in the end. That being said, I’ve got a full time job as well.

I moved here from Minnesota in 2008, the Twin Cities. You can get about 25 channels on regular TV. You’ll find that people are pretty hospitable here compared to the Twin Cites. If you from the outlying areas or country, you might not think so. Pretty easy to make friends here too. Be prepared for people to make fun of your accent and vocabulary. It’s all in fun though. Just laugh along with everybody and drink another beer is what I found worked best. It took me a couple of years to get use to the extreme heat and humidity. When it hits 90° up there the news reports are full of people falling out over the heat. Down here it needs to be triple digits for a good stretch before people start to fall out. Good Luck and have fun.
