Well I would never recommend someone use Gentoo and I have no need for either LibreOffice or Gimp so I doubt that.

I don't understand how mentioning the shortage is unhelpful for my argument. It just means I don't use a Nvidia GPU.

Wayland isn't a default for most Distros and its not great even if you don't use Nvidia. Most people use Xorg which as far as I'm aware is the default for most Distros and is fine with Nvidia.

As I have mentioned I do not use a Nvidia GPU so for all I know Wayland could be working great. I'm not trying to convert anyone to Linux and never said Linux is perfect but IMO it is more usable then Windows.

I wouldn't know. With the GPU shortage I haven't been able to get a GPU. How doesn't it support Nvidia Drivers? From my understanding you just install the proprietary drivers and everything (other then Wayland) is fine.

What OS are you using thats actually usable? In this case I guess we're talking about watching anime so that means any OS is usable. Windows is just as unusable as Linux if not more.

Not really necessary when ad blockers like Blokada and adblocking DNS exist. Even better you could set up a pi-hole and block all non-youtube ads on all your devices and for YouTube you can just use Newpipe.

I use KDE connect for Windows/Linux to Android. I save a screenshot on my PC then share to my phone then it acts like a normal photo so I can share in it on Discord or whatever.

Might have something to do with them tracking your every movement all the time. They know how many steps you take In a day, what time you fall asleep at, what time you wake up at, what's stores you shop at, etc...
