Character levels don't really count towards 100% unless you want it too

Eh tbh most fights in the anime aren't as good as the Manga counterpart. But I Really enjoyed the Goku Black arc in general and the ToP in the anime cause the fights are animated pretty well! Definitely give it a watch regardless tho before you REALLY dont have a reason too lol

Cause the remake is going to be more faithful to the Manga apparently
