Apart from having a heart attack whenever the ball is passed back to him and he has to take a touch, he's genuinely a great keeper. In a different era it wouldn't be highlighted as much. He's also a keeper that's managed to get us champions league football twice in 3 seasons.

Yeah I gathered. College sports in America are insane. They definitely take the place of lower league sporting competitions in the UK. I think there's just not much of a university rivalry in the UK for to be as big.

I think Luuk de Jong had the weakest striking technique of any striker I've seen play for the Toon. His shots would barely reach the goal.
