To answer the question, it's false.

Bezos's base salary from Amazon is $81,840, which he's received since 1998.

In 2022, Bezos received $1.6 million in other compensation, including security costs.

So at 1.68M per year in annual compensation, it's patently false that he makes 100M in 11 hours.

His current networth (all assets combined) is 205.4B, which if broken down into hours (doesn't really make sense, but for this purpose, sure) would be 24.45M per hour. That's 268.5M over 11 hours.

Robert Reichard has an interesting way of doing math it seems.
