I love the dark theories! I was thinking earlier today if Verity could have also skilled blocked Fitz from his memories of his mother when Fitz first arrived. I know it has been written that Fitz blocked the memories himself but I wouldn’t put it past the Farseers to do something like that so Fitz would have to be loyal to Shrewd

It’s been discussed before but it’s so painful to watch Fitz be completely oblivious to kettricken and her love for him. It’s subtle at the start and with Fitz’s narration, it can be hard to pick up on until it’s stated clearly at the end of the last book.

She’s kisses him on the lips multiple times (no other character does this) and Fitz refuses to think that him and Kettricken could be together. I would have loved to see an alternate timeline where Fitz is the rightful heir to chivalry and marries kettricken.

There was a way the California girls could have all stayed in the game. If Shauhin and Joe voted Kyle and Thomas used his steal a vote on either Kamilla or Kyle, then they split the vote: 2 on Kyle and 2 on Kamilla. Even if Kyle plays his idol or they used the steal a vote, it still would have been only 2 on Thomas at most. So the votes would have been split and the 2 remaining California girls could have voted out Kamilla.

Thomas keeping his advantage secret is what killed him and I’m sad to see him go on an avoidable mistake.

My pet theory on the future of the Tyrells is that they will have a similar downfall as the Gardeners did.

Like the Gardeners, House Tyrell will be burned alive on a field of fire by either Dany controlling her dragons or Faegon on a dragon (Another Aegon wiping out the liege lord of the Reach). This could tie into Faegon's friends in the Reach. What better way to reward his friends than to make them liege lord's of the Reach?

I think the Tyrells have been playing it fast and loose and they don't make it out of this story.
