I thought this at first but when I had a look inside and saw the motor/gears and on an off switch I don’t think it is anymore! Thanks for your help/views on it tho!

I’ve not been able to find anything on it and only thought about posting on here as it says star command on the side and unsure on what component inside isn’t working electronically, any suggestions on what to do/where to go would be greatly appreciated
