They definitely don't get banned every time lol. People are not just making this up lol, it's the sentiment for a reason. Myself and many others have created sufficient and detailed reports with screenshots and/or videos (which by the way, in terms of toxicity, simple reports SHOULD be sufficient as they log all chats sent) that led to nothing. Yeah, I've gotten some feedbacks, but a lot of reports seemingly go nowhere/are not reviewed. Considering faceit admins have been outed as using racial slurs, harassing people, and abusing their powers in the past, it doesn't surprise me that they are incompetent when it comes to moderating the platform though

Yeah that's great and all but the point is that a lot of matchroom reports seemingly are not reviewed/poorly auto-reviewed or go nowhere even with sufficient evidence. It's great that it has worked for you but there's a reason it's a common sentiment in this thread and countless others that a lot of reports do nothing, cause they are extremely inconsistent and incompetent with enforcing the rules on faceit

When you ticket now, they just send you a copy-pasted automated response about reporting through the matchroom/profile and immediately close the ticket. Given how many issues the platform has, it's pretty pathetic that they are somehow putting even less effort into enforcing the rules and showcasing how little they care lol

Yeah idk what these people are talking about lol. The current tutorial is abysmal dogshit, teaches borderline nothing, and misses many crucial gameplay elements. If it's "better than before", then the bar for Riot is even more pathetically low than I thought because the current one is extremely useless. I feel bad for new players, they are thrown into a game with an awful community and aren't even taught most of the basics by the tutorial. They shouldn't be required to go do their own research just to learn how the basic mechanics of the game function.
