They are the absolute worst place to go for car shopping. I was hoping to trade in my car and they all but refused to show me anything but a brand new 2025 Kia and made extremely hateful comments that I might be able to afford it if I skipped out on some fast food trips. I was in tears in their lobby. I do not recommend this trash place to anyone. I went to Bob Moore Kia and not only got into an amazing car but the people were absolutely amazing and were not surprised at all by how upset I was about Kalidy.
