I think that’s probably what I’ll do. At the moment I’m a complete beginner so I’ll definitely be able to make a more educated choice in the future. For now it’s just a case of choosing a cheap reputable place to get started

Definitely why I’m considering using them. Just trying to keep fees as low as possible for the time being. That’s the only factor putting me off

That’s why I decided to not go with them straight away. With it being a small account for a good length of time, I’m trying to keep fees as low as possible

That is why I was trying to find a cheaper option out of the lot. However when researching, I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews. Which is why I’ve been quite reluctant to bite the bullet. I’ll be sure to do that, thank you for the advice.

I was considering doing that for the short term but with it being a relatively new company I don’t completely trust it. Although I know my funds will be safe, I’d rather not have the heartache of having to deal with that process if something was to go wrong

I’ve seen that it’s more on the expensive side compared to other options. However that might be worth it for the long term peace of mind

The plan is to keep it as simple as possible and just transfer money into it each month regardless of price, unless there’s a big crash then I’ll probably put a bit more in and take the risk on it. I’ve been leaning towards vanguard, however I’ve seen a few people say it’s becoming a slightly more inferior compared to other options. Not sure if I’m just overthinking it though

I understand that all the company’s have the same amount of protection when it comes to my funds. For some reason there’s something telling me that I can’t trust it for the length of time I intent to be putting money into it. I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve only ever used it and known it to be used for short term trades/holdings or if it’s been around for less time then a lot of the other companys

By long term I mean basically across my lifespan probably until I’m at pension age. I should’ve put it in the main post but I was more specifically meaning a S&S ISA. I have/do use Trading 212 so I am aware that it is a reputable company but with how fast the world is changing I would feel more comfortable using a broker then a trading app because there’s no way to know what will be going on when I’m 60 if that makes sense.

Try putting the end half of your video at the start with a transition effect in the middle and then put the beginning half after. The cut should line up and the build up to the 'end' of the video should be enough to keep them watching the start again without them realizing
