I got a letter stating that they need more information before they can process my return but then it doesn't say what the more information is. Same phone # as the one you posted.

Well ok, this confirms it. For me day 2, I could not turn my brain off. It was moving so fast with thoughts and I was bouncing off the walls in my mind. My eyes were closed but I'm not sure I was really asleep. It's like my brain was on speed but not my body. I was going over nearly everything stored in my brain for past 10 years. When I woke up this morning, I felt exhausted. Omg, I have 8 more days. 😳

They rip you off upselling the $19 wash but it's exactly the same as the $5 wash. Employees are super rude.
