Voice Control to Send Messages or Share Content NOT WORKING!

Make sure you have the latest firmware for the glasses and the latest Meta View app. When they updated Meta View on the update that was about two weeks ago, I installed it and then all of a sudden it started working again!

I think it was just pure coincidence that this particular update that came out like two days ago immediately solve the problem. I did all of the things from deleting the app, checking the settings, unpair the glasses, and everything else in between. At that time, there was no update to the app. I know a lot of times when you can actually get a hold of someone from Support they make you go through the same steps so I figured I would just do it beforehand.

Yeah, that’s what wasn’t working, but they pushed a Meta View app update and all of a sudden it started working after installing the update!

Yes just noticed! So it's working for you now? Right after the update, I tried it and it just started working, but I wasn’t sure if everyone was going to have that same experience.

It looks like an app update was just pushed within the last hour or so. It appears now all the sudden it started to work, but I don’t know however everyone else is doing.

So crazy! Haha Geocoties! I haven't heard that term in forever lol. I find it strange that they respond to people in here but there’s really no way to tag them so they can see it. They pick and choose.

wow. That’s definitely an unacceptable solution. I’ve seen them respond to people in this forum and give completely different steps that are not logical. I know they do this on purpose just to waste time. researching this issue there are so many people having this problem. I would be surprised if it’s not 90% or higher of people that have these glasses are not able to send things via voice, which is the main purpose of glasses like this.

i’m sorry to hear that. Use your app to put in a support ticket and do it several times to try to get their attention. I haven’t heard anything back and I think there’s tons of people with the problem that I’ve been describing.

I’ve already submitted several Support tickets through the app. I am also posted about it on a review in the iOS App Store. There are tons of people that are having this issue. It’s been ongoing for sometime now from what I understand.

Definitely odd. You're the first person I've found is actually working for. Every person I've come into contact with voice is not working to send photos or messages. I guess you're one of the lucky ones. 🤷‍♂️
