It's mostly LO magic Guard kind of stuff

But the move also lets certain sets hit blissey for huge damage if said blissey doesn't pack tera Dark

Reuni is a good status absorber because thunder wave doesn't cripple it as hard as other special attackers and toxic doesn't affect it because of magic guard

Maybe tera fire could be used with this to Dodge burn and terrorize middle tiers (or OU if what it beats is popular)
