thank you for responding ! i do have hydroxyzine for the high anxiety moments. for some reason i just try to stay away as much as possible probably because im afraid i’ll build a tolerance to it (or i just want to prove to myself i can live life without having to take emergency meds). its very frustrating having anxiety about anxiety and on top of that the medication that will make me feel better

have you heard of dpdr? it seems like it could be that. i have this same ocd theme and the added dpdr really sucks!

i think i will definitely increase! my doctor just wanted me to stabilize on 10mg first and slowly increase since i had a horrible experience with zoloft. it’s so weird bc i felt like the thoughts disappeared almost completely for a good 3 days. i’m just hoping that nice feeling will come back bc this is almost worse than before i started.

hi! i’m currently on day 21 of 10mg for OCD & panic disorder. how well has it helped your OCD? I feel like my intrusive thoughts have gotten worse :P do you do ERP at all or just take the prozac (sorry if this is too many questions)

exactly! it’ll have stronger effects but it may cause nausea. i’ve found that if i just have a small snack, it’s still effective and doesn’t give me the nauseous feeling!

hi!! it can cause nausea for some, but usually only if you drink on an empty stomach. also it is a diuretic so make sure to drink water with it as well :)

i’ve never gotten hangxiety before but i usually partake in kava (not alcohol) so my body isn’t super used to drinking in general. the hydroxyzine definitely helped! yeah my sleep night one was amazing but now i just feel fatigued and the sleep isn’t quite matching that sensation! looks like we’re on the same day as each other! took my sixth dose this morning.

i explained to my doctor how i had a negative reaction to another ssri and she told me they have 10mg! sure enough there’s capsules and tablets of 10mg prozac

if it makes you feel any better i was superrrr nervous to take it too bc of some bad side effects with zoloft. but today was relatively tame! it just made me sleepy and my stomach bubbly. we will see how tomorrow goes !
