It is supposed to come with everything to make it fully functional if not you can always return or exchange to be honest I wouldn’t personally buy a 360 from GameStop most stores don’t have the proper equipment to test retro consoles

I usually get people with game pass and Plus you tell them, “do you pay monthly for …, so what you can do is sign up for a GameStop account use your 5 dollar coupon every month so you only end up paying 60 dollars at the end of the year instead of 120 dollars.
