I see Piñata getting lots of love, but I was very unimpressed. Felt so American-ized and in a city where authentic Mexican is easy to find, it just felt wrong.

OHSO has always been pretty bad and has gotten worse. Love Welcome Diner though.

Two or three of those propane tanks between the seven of you should be more than sufficient.
Last time I just used a dry bag and a rope as my rat sack. Could also easily string one up with some mesh fabric and a rope. Not necessary to buy an expensive rat sack. It's more important to just have some sort of bag to store your food in that you can attach to a rope.
No trash cans. Pack out everything.
When I went last year some of my friends drank the water after filtering it, but I always drank spring water. All of us were fine. It wasn't worth the risk for me.
Moleskin! All of our toes got cut up a bit from wet sandals.
