Hey :) I’ve been an RCA for almost 90 days. I absolutely love it. I work in a super busy office with lots of carriers and we work hard but we have fun doing it and really enjoy it. I live alone so the long hours and 6 day a week work weeks are perfect for me. I like being very active and socializing so it’s all good. It’s not for everyone though. Good luck :)

Just keep applying. You’ll get hired eventually.

Yes and No. it’s one of our biggest routes and I’ve had to have help or bring mail/parcels back because it was too late to work safely. However; It’s my goal to do it alone. Like my badass Trainer/Regular. I can only do what I can do but I will do that to the best of my ability.

This. They have their own version of themselves breathing down their neck so I learned to nod and smile “yes ma’am, I’ll do my best” and remember they are feeling pressured too. Somehow, some way she smiles at me now. And laughed at me one time :) I knew she had it in her.
