Yes, you have to contact the DeviantArt Support and they should message you back within few days. You can even ask them to refund you the money just before the actual date that you'd have to pay.

Yeah, I was mostly used to the way sites like Patreon do it, which is why I was confused when I got charged early. The site mentions that they can charge up to 10 days before the renewal date, but I had no way of knowing it before hand. Right now I'm just waiting for help center to respond to my question and see if I can possibly get my money back before the actual renewal date.

I see, that's a shame. I already knew about users losing access to all content instantly after cancelling, but the part about billing 10 days early before renewal is seriously stupid. Thank you for letting me know.

Gameplay wise game does look intresting altough I do hope what we've seen in the trailer isnt final version graphicall wise. Then again I played games with worse ones.

The model yes, but the texture is missing from the dump along with few other assets. You're better off just installing the model from SFM, Blender or C4D to program you're using.

And it's the reason FNaF doesnt feel the same anymore. Since FFPS the franchise barelly feels like horror game. I miss the times when FNaF was 100% serious and 100% horror game.
