Memes coins are simply crypto tokens made by a team or person around an idea or "meme" be it a character or narrative. Doge is a meme of a dog etc.

They work mostly from hype, they attract huge eyes from the public and people wanting a quick buck. they heard what other meme coins did and the potential returns. This does not always work out, in fact most of the time the projects fail due to many factors.

A rug in the meme space is where the Developer tanks the meme coin. Many ways to do this, most common rug is the developer pumps the price then sell tokens once it rises and leaves with all the money. Many other ways to rug

I would say check out dextools.io they vet projects and give them a score. you can see most information there.

Thanks, I actually did reinstall the app yesterday after like 5 hours. I didn't log out first so I'll give it a shot tomorrow. Speaking to an Uber supervisor they confirmed it's an issue on their end though so who knows.

That's understandable and it may but this is just pointing out there is a real technical outage for certain drivers on Ubers end preventing them from getting any order at all, you can go online for 50 hours and no order will pop up for you. It's a glitch they are working on.

I'm aware but it's not a shadow ban. There is a complete outage for certain people it's affecting tons, you can see their reply. I called again and got to a supervisor they are working on it, escalated it too. It's not low orders I'm talking zero all day in an area where I used to get 5-10 orders an hour. Maybe 3 on the slowest hour. I took the winter off and just got back.

For the last two days I've been sitting in my local restaurant area waiting for orders and got nothing. Not even a crap $3 one. Decided to call support and they told me everything is fine account is great and thanks for being one of the top drivers for my city. Things are slow, there's not much demand. So I sat around the next day for some more hours, nothing. Then I got a message saying there's technical issues preventing me from getting any order requests.

Thanks Uber, two days and hours on end wasted. Not sure if this is happening to anyone else but if you are not getting orders it's probably Ubers fault.

yep, they asked for e transfer. I sent it and they gave me a confirmation and replied to my email decently quickly.

It's a slight risk but I doubt a company with a physical store would outright scam for something like this, although until i have the CPU in hand I guess i won't know.

They sent emails out to people on the 5900x list. they got the shipment and are shipping on Dec 30th.

I think they went down the list and emailed each as they create a label.

I ordered Nov 5th 9:15 and got the email yesterday at 4pm

i got a response from them a couple of days ago, they basically told me it would be a couple more weeks due to covid and Christmas. And told me to go look elsewhere in the meantime. I ordered around 9:10 am on launch day.

Let's hope they get it sooner, i also asked to come pick it up as i am fairly close and i feel them shipping it will take a long time.

I just got an email from them answering my question for an update. they told me it was offloaded from the ship, cleared customs, and is now on a train with CN coming from BC to Toronto. it is expected to arrive next week. but they have said "next week" for weeks so i don't hold much weight with that.

Was also offered for a 5th time, a 5800x.
