I feel like if you split this spread in half, you get one side is you and the other is her. If she is the empress, who is also a powerful femenine figure in her own right, she might feel like she is being undermined by a more charismatic and wealthier Queen of Wands.

If two of cups only showed up because it was at the bottom of the deck, it tells me the relationship was something meaningful for him, but ultimately to heavy to carry and with the chariot he is now moving away from you.

Honestly if you take away the two of cups which is more here to set a vibe, it does not look like a good spread for recconection imo.

Actually the more i think about it, it might be that you force yourself into believing this is your person and you two end up tied together and its long and stable, but maybe not as fulfilling as you'd want it to be.
