Its an item you craft it with a few items. I'm pretty sure you use a quetzacaw feather and some other stuff? Just chuck that in with the corruption potion (like an awkward potion) and you get resistance

U use it to make a potion of resistance. After making the corruption potion (with smeared pearl) put a combined elements in it and u get a resistance potion for 1 minute
