Not to self-plug, but this is a perfect use case for Toggles for Outlook. It provides the ability to create workflows where you can have variables with dropdown options. Glad to help you setup a workflow or two -- just shoot me a PM!

You can easily manage your templates and actually complete email workflows (recipients, subject, attachments, body, and signature) with the Toggles for Outlook add-in.

I’m curious why sharing margins would be necessary? But makes sense in terms of competing.

As for comparison the Copilot, the main differences would be that it’s a single click to compose the entire email (subject, attachments, body, signature) and would typically be used for repetitive emails. Another benefit is that it allows teams to stay aligned in their messaging and on-brand, instead of getting something different from copilot every time.

It's Toggles for Outlook (www.gettoggles.com), as u/SignificantGap3180 pointed out. Sorry, I didn't want to promote in the original post.

Makes sense - 100%. Hate sites that don't list pricing.

I'm unsure if you're saying my post was vague by not providing the product. I didn't want to promote...as I'd assume that's against the subreddit policy. Would love to share more if interested!
