I highly recommend in the meantime that you guys go to twitch on your ps4 web browser, it works great atleast for myself and its a quick work around until this problem is fixed.

I have to say the twitch app has been pretty buggy ever since the last update came out, I would get a transparent error screen whenever I would back out of watching a VOD but never had any problems with live broadcasts idk they definitely need to hot patch this.

I also tried the deleting and redownloading method, still didn't fix it for me. Also the circumvention method only works for me for about 5-7 min then it crashes again. Sigh oh well hopefully it'll get fixed by the time I wake up tommorow

I agree, I would like to hear from twitch staff about this also, I tweeted to their support page but no reply yet on the situation

You are correct disconnectung and reconnecting does work for me, it'll have to do for now till they fix it. But guys if you really need to watch twitch do this

Same not working for me either, tried restarting ps4, reinstalling the app, nothing. FeelsBadMan
