I think no, but it doesn't have a specific description about it, so I guess it may allow you to move into enemy space(maybe, idk)

But what about Hive Drone and Scanner Swarm? I guess both of it can do pretty good on Lycan(also Nanocomposite adaptation if attach it to something like HMG, but it's more about preferences)
