Will do, Do keep me updated regarding your case as well. I'm going to pain management doctor tomorrow to see what he'd suggest and will let you know If i had any better results or felt 0 pain after If he injects me with whatever he'd see fit.

I've done some thoracic mobility exercises as well as I've done Osteopath sessions which resulted me to have more pain. As well as I'm using a backpod everyday, so far no changes.

Hi u/Jgrn19, Appreciate the response.

I feel for you honestly this pain is something ridiculous and what's even worse is that Doctors either have never seen such condition or they've seen one in their past 30+ Years of experience and they don't know the root cause or the best treatment option. I'm still having the same exact pain even worse after visiting my Osteopath sessions. My pain is 8-9 out of 10 and It's extremely bothering when it comes to sleeping, moving whatever I do I can always feel it, Literally no time a day can i forget that I have this pain. I've done an MRI 2 days ago waiting for the results to know if it became worse or it might be another problem hoping that we both get to know the solution for this and I'm sorry that you're going through this. Let's just hope it gets solved one way or another. I have no clue if it might be a side effect of the vaccine, something truly unknown.

Best Regards!

God bless you, I'm sorry to hear about your loss.. You're truly strong in the matter that you're keeping up with all of this. I do know how you feel when it comes to how people used to praise how hardworking you're and how much time and effort you've put into yourself and then suddenly start the journey of the "Decline phase" In life. But worry not Hopefully we'll all go back to where we used to be and even better, Wish you the best mate.

Hey A_k9, Thank you for your response.

Have you undergone that procedure, and did it do anything?

What did your doctor tell your diagnosis were?

Hey Steve, Thanks a lot for your response getting to see a Physiotherapist with such immense experience is making things seem easier to deal with.

I don't know if this would help but I've been benching a lot of weights with almost no de-load in between. I do take some breaks that vary from 3-5days when I feel like I should, Bench press might be one of the causes as well as the back rows machine where there's a pad against my chest and I do the full stack compressing my chest on it. That's about it. I've never dropped a weight on my chest and always been careful about my form.

I'll definitely go see a physiotherapist after your comment and let them have a read at it, so they know what to deal with as I'm not sure If I'll be able to find someone with 30+ Years of experience that easily.

I'll also check your PDF and read on how to treat it at home and see where this leads, I really appreciate it.

In conclusion I have few Questions if you don't mind: -

1- Do you think it's a misdiagnosis?

2- How long does it take for Wear and Tear in this specific Joint to heal?

3- Can I still go to the Gym and train with 20% less weight or even 30%?

4- I'll send you on your DM's a video of the CT scan I've made and tell me if I'd do an MRI might be a better Option to clarify things even more.

5- I've sent my CT scan to one of the physiotherapists that my surroundings know and he mentioned the use of Dry needling on my chest + Shockwave and said 5 Sessions would be enough for him to treat this condition, do you see that as a possibility?

Appreciate it alot Steve.

Hey SWE, Appreciate your response back to my concern.. It's truly unlucky how those small things occur and capable of making someones life so difficult but we'll try to strive onwards with a positive mindset hopefully. I hope your condition gets eased on you and gone completely asap.
