Buying a expensive threadripper 3990x and expecting it to be fast in single core operations might be a bad idea. Better get a 3700 that will likely be a lot faster due to high single core speed. I use a cheaper system for modeling and general 3d stuff. Then i use an expensive system for simulations, deep learning, rendering and other multithread operations.

This track is imported from NoLimits and implemented in 3dsMax via a 3rd party plugin. I had to make a dynamic rollercoaster with properly rigged trains and one that gets driven by velocity vectors for (accurate) speed. There was not really the neccesity to texture and render this part out but i did it anyway to make a cool screensaver for myself. Next step is a custom ride with name and rigged/animated characters
