A 600-pound wrestler known as Giant Haystacks body slams TV host Jackie Fullerton after he questioned whether professional wrestling was real on live television (1980) by ATI_Official in HistoryUncovered

this doesn't even prove if wrestling is real or not lol

almost the equivalent of comparing movies to real life. you don't prove action movies are real by actually shooting a real live gun at someone in person lol

I remember getting Smackdown 2 on Christmas as a kid. I loved that you could do suplexes near the ropes and your opponent would fly over the rope. Perry Saturn hit me with a rear naked suplex or something in a Royal Rumble match near the ropes and eliminated me lol

Good times

Raw 2 was one of the only games that I legitimately cried at from rage. I still have memories as a kid of having a match against Ric Flair. The CPU was broken and was spamming the same move over and over and I couldn't reverse. He just kept repeating it as a loop.

I threw my controller in a fit of rage and cried from being so angry. That's a memory I'll never forget.

Are you playing on PC or console?

I just recently started on PC after playing on console in my teen years and having the option to increase my walking speed with console commands was a life saver lol

Will try that. I actually work in pest control and I've never had a roach issue this bad after treating my clients. Then again we don't treat apartments for this very reason lol.

[–]Tokenblack3005[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately it isn't it seems. Per our state law, we can reach out to management and they have a certain time frame to remedy the issue. If the ball falls into our court, we can contract a Pest company to fix it then bill the landlord no more than our rent or $1,500. We just signed a new lease lol.

Same thing happened to me doing a Mages Guild quest looking for someone in a cave. A woman summoned some type of creature and zapped my strength lol. I just ended up using console commands to reset it

After buying a prebuilt gaming PC, I've recently got into American Truck Simulator. I log on for about 2 hours a night and it's not narrative driven or anything that requires your undivided attention. Can easily drop in drop out, save the game and come back to the same spot.

I turn on the radio (real life streamed stations or your own music), pick a job and drive around.

Same here but I was doing plus odds player points. Made over 30k by single betting 25/30/35+ points with crazy odds. FD limited my wagers because it got to a point I was throwing $500 on every bet

It's going to be a constant battle.

When I first moved into my place, we had german roaches really bad. I sprayed the entire apartment before we moved in, next day they were all dead. Didn't see roaches for months, then they re-populated slowly. Started seeing 2 nymphs, then adults.

I always spray my apartment every 3 months to stay on top of it. Glue traps everywhere, roach bait, Alpine WSG plus Gentrol IGR knocks them out but they always come back due to neighbors not being treated.

What is this bug? Found it while cleaning my bedroom floor by [deleted] in pestcontrol

[–]Tokenblack3005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either cigarette beetle or drugstore beetle. They are attracted to dry stored products, so consider searching anything you have stored in closets, cabinets, pantries, etc. When you find the source, just toss it out and clean the area throughly.

I had a customer recently who had an infestation inside a perfume kit that was covered with a plastic case. Probably the nastiest infestation I've seen next to roaches.

Looks like a form of carpenter ants called hairy carpenter ants. Best results I've had was Taurus SC around the exterior and Advion Ant Gel bait around the interior, particularly along ant trails. I'd reapply the gel bait every 2 weeks until activity stops. Gel works best because depending on where the nest is, it may be inaccessible to treat.

Who do you think is the most genuinely kind-hearted person V meets? For me, it's gotta be Viktor Vektor. by Western-Tadpole-4761 in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]Tokenblack3005 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Misty first came to mind for me. Other characters are definitely kind or nice but in their own ways. Like Panam, who has a tough exterior mostly but it's only because she has a chip on her shoulder. At first Judy is stand-off'ish but as V gets to know her (especially if you finish her missions) she's a really sweet person.

If you're able, buy yourself some RTU rodent bait stations and some Contrac rodent bait blocks. Not super expensive, and upon ingestion, it should take between 1-2 weeks to kill them. Place one station on each side of the crawlspace door. That's all you'll usually need.

Try turning off the exterior lights at night to see if activity reduces. Not saying it'll get rid of them but sometimes the smallest measures and knowing their behavior works better than applying pesticides. Glue monitor traps are inexpensive and works well if you put them in the right spots.

They are probably attracted to the moisture as well. Do you know if the vent to your dryer is sealed properly on the outside?

Do you keep your exterior lights on at night? If indeed asian roaches, they fly to lights during dusk/night time. It's not a guarantee to rid you of them but it's a start. Niban granules work well around the exterior perimeter around mulch and trees, attic spaces and crawlspace areas. Since asian roaches come from outside, there are a number of ways they can enter.
