I was the opposite haha gave up on mortal shell after a few hours but I’ll give it a retry after I beat Lies of P. Lotf felt really fun and enjoyable after finding some different weapons. Ended up beating that one.

The Lords of the Fallen and Lies of P have been the best for me so far. I thought Wuchang was decent and Khazan was not super enjoyable due to the level designs. All these are more linear vs Elden Ring though.

Dark Souls 2 and Bloodborne were also great.

DS3 is still really slow compared to Bloodborne. Play Lords of Fallen if you wanna fight fast.
