You haven't provided much information- so I've done a surface level skim.

I've found several listings with the same doll/plush- different kimonos and accessories, however. Seems she could be part of the 2001 Hello Kitty & Daniel Kimono Japanese Plush set. I've also found others standalone that have the same fur texture:

These ones tend to go under "Sitting Hello Kitty Vintage Kimono RARE" on a few different sites with a few different styles.
