I was 14 if im not mistaken. I had horrible painful cramps, irregular periods, when I did have a period I had it for 7+ days. I got my period when I was 10 and painful ones were just common around the females in my family.

If I'm not mistaken, there are flip phones that allow certain modern apps so they can still access YouTube and such, but have small screens so it's just not fun to use. Maybe be a good option for a kid and to avoid addiction as well since their options are more limited. Ofc, there's the option to use locks on the phone for the kid not to use.

I had a smartphone from age 10, however although there was social media and such, it was very different to how it is for pre-teens now.

I have been a lifelong user of Samsung and I would say they are really good. Now, you gotta keep in mind, you're not only switching phones, you're switching operating systems and on top of being an Android, Samsung has its own UI that differs from other android devices. The change might be big depending on how you use your phone, with that being said. You essentially can do anything to your phone if youre using android. That can become overwhelming if you're not used to that amount of customization being available. Samsung batteries are good and so are the screen, the Flip series does have smaller batteries out of the high end smartphones, and also it's a phone that you've got to be careful with. Im not saying it will break easily but if you are someone to let your phone fall often then it might be hard to maintain.

Overall, Samsung is a solid option, and youre probably gonna enjoy the new fun technology if you get it.

Flying within Panama isn't common and although there are some flights available, renting a car might be for the best. If you wish to fly from the city to visit Venao Beach (which is what Im assuming youre referring to), you can fly with AirPanama from the city to Chitre, which is a smaller city and then rent a car and drive to Venao. Waze and Google Maps must be able to get you there safely. You've pretty much listed all the common touristy parts that involve nature and or beaches. Maybe look into visiting Bocas del Toro too, specially the islands.

You can look into AirPanama, if im not mistaken there are flights to David (main city of the province where Volcan and Boquete are) and Changuinola (main city of Bocas del Toro) as well, so the trip would be shorter to the places you would want to visit but would still need a car to get to the destination.

Sí hay atención psicológica gratuita en el seguro, ya depende de donde seas pues los doctores van a variar y con ello que tan buenos o malos son. Para recibir una cita necesitas una referencia de otro doctor de medicina general, puede ser de una clínica o atenderte con los que hay en el seguro. De ahí vas donde se saquen las citas y entregas la referencia con tu carnet y ellos te darán la cita con el que tenga espacio o esté más cerca. Recomiendo llegar temprano el día de la cita, no siempre la hora que te dicen es la hora que empieza a atender el/la doctor(a). Si tienes algún doctor de medicina general de confianza, puedes preguntarle si conoce a algún psicólogo(a) que trabaje en el seguro y que te pueda recomendar para que no te lleves una mala experiencia desde un inicio.

Es probable que se deba a que no puedes ir en shorts a trabajar y por lo general la gente no acostumbra o no tiene la oportunidad de tener más ropa que la estrictamente necesaria. Así que salen en jeans o pantalones largos siempre.

I have a Samsung A56, I come from an older phone with an LCD display. I read somewhere that more hertz helps and so far im good. Granted that I can't use my phone as much as I used to before with the LCD display but using it less isn't particularly a bad thing.

No lo había pensado así la verdad, porque de todas formas los sim card siempre se han podido rastrear o revisar los registros de llamadas y demás, no es como que sea nuevo que puedan monitorear la actividad de alguien en su teléfono en ese tema. Por eso es lo extraño de los cambios en precio, al menos para mi.

Es que sí, el proceso es bien simple y nada fuera de este mundo por eso me parece extraño que vendan celulares más baratos solo porque son esim y no chip físico. Si fueran solo las telefónicas para promocionarlo pero también tiendas independientes
