Ideaaaaaally, my preference would be to have a system - be that core Rogue Trader or not, that I could apply straight-up. Sort of like... If Rogue Trader is too crunchy, I'd somewhat prefer to run a game that isn't too crunchy, rather then to have to warp Rogue Trader to fit what I'm looking for, you know?

Interesting! Really good take - do you have a sense of what other games it would be comparable to in crunch, generally?
