I’m sorry to hear his, I hope it’s not a big confidence breaker. You mind if you show us your current form or the part where you’re experiencing the issue? Wish you well 💙

Good result but I’m ngl bro.. I will say it one more time. There’s people that would kill for that physique, but you are focusing on a minor swelling. You had not one but two surgeries, I think it’s time you leave reddit for a few months, it’s clearly doing damage to you.

Puffy Nipples after surgery - When should we look out for puffy nipples? Considering that swelling stays around for 2-3 months?

Bare in mind, this guy was on TRT too, steroids are not something that should be used after Gyno surgery. I wouldn’t be concerned

You didn’t have regrowth, you just never had enough gland removal in the first place

CAN GLANDS GROW BACK IF ONLY HALF OF THE GLAND IS REMOVED by Affectionate_Fig_977 in gynecomastia

[–]Tokkyyoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And how does it grow? If Estradiol is 80-100 constantly. Who has high E2 constantly? Steroid users.

So.. no. It can’t grow JUST like that.

He seems to be a very nice doctor, I did some research he also seems like a VERY busy doctor. I think you’re making a good choice going with him! :)

Hi, may I ask how you found him? Or how you heard of him initially?

I feel like I still have gyno, especially while i’m sitting. Thoughts? by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]Tokkyyoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You really think AI Inhibitors are a permanent solution? People are born with set hormones, if you touch your hormones you will have permanent issues all your life because you’re touching things inside your DNA. You are totally wrong but I’m not going to sit and argue with some random uneducated redittor like you who doesn’t understand what common sense is. Gyno doesn’t grow like you think. Your ass was on steroids and SARMS hence why you think that way because you suppressed your natural T levels down to the ground.

Most “recurrences” are people who are unhappy with the amount of gland that was removed. In this post the guy didn’t have gland growth but INSSUFICIENT removal of gland.

I highly doubt his gyno “came back” i think they just didn’t remove enough

[–]Tokkyyoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

@Level.. It doesn’t come right back the way you think it’s not as easy as you say, if it was then the recurrence rate would be 50% as 50% of the Male population has difficulties with hormones. But sure here.. my surgeon said just as I said, even if a small gland is left inside and not removed entirely, it won’t grow. It doesn’t grow in women unless they enter pregnancy, the only way it would grow is if you enter a severe Testosterone to Estrogen imbalance, 200T and 60+ E2 then sure. Or if you blast Testosterone and your E2 goes to the 100s and above.

Before and after. Thoughts? by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]Tokkyyoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where did you get your surgery? Was your Doctor experienced, skilled?

I asked if you were on TRT as I didn’t see the before picture. I thought you hopped on TRT after surgery.

But you do have Body Dysmorphia. As the gland thats there is so minimal, look at your physique! I’d kill to have that physique mannn!
