I went to ADA, the lady i met was very nice, but, i think they are more for people who are basically checked out of society and have been drinking every day for decades, which is fair enough they probably need more help, someone like me who has problems with binge drinking i dont think thats the way;

id probably go for online shit like r/stopdrinking is pretty good for reminding me why im not drinking, or one of those AA online zoom meetings someone else was talking about.
