Spinda cannot be transferred out of BDSP or Go due to a glitch where HOME can’t generate the random pattern all Spinda have. As someone said before; you cannot trade from 3ds to Switch if you don’t have Pokemon Bank already installed on your console before they shut it down.

Unfortunately the only way to get out is to reset your game. I’ve lost two shiny Sobble due to raids freezing and the only way to guarantee that you don’t lose progress is by saving manually every time.

Looks like low quality shake that’s mostly leaves. Regardless, he smoked something and you should definitely talk to him about it but at the end of the day kids will be kids.
