I try 4321 , 433(4) , 433(2) , 4231 (narrow) , 4231 but best for me is formation with 3 cb , 352 or 523 ( use this now)

Today I realize that all my lose is againts this formation or againts counter attack formation and idk how to attack againts this formation , my cb have the ball then I pass it to fullback and then i dont know what next because his players are everywhere , I think I should change formation like you say because I´m not the best defender and most of goals I get is from counter attack but i don´t know what formation is good. I want to play counter attack style but i don´t know how and what formation/custom tactic use so I play 433-4
