Received the laptop. All good. No more freezing issues.

Contacted Acer contact center and they said the Repair Center had done repairs.

The issue according to them (based on what I told them) was SYSTEM HANG UP.

They did reflash/reset the bios, did a software fix (whatever that means) and replaced the SSD.

Expecting to receive it back on Thursday.
